As President of Locums Choice, Josh directs all sales, marketing and operations for the company. Previously, he was Director for Healthcare IT Leaders, a consulting and workforce solutions firm serving hospitals and health systems. Prior to that, he was Vice President, Business Development for Locum Leaders, a high-growth physician locum tenens firm, now part of AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S.
Josh began his career in staffing with Jackson and Coker, a Jackson Healthcare company. He holds a B.A. from Elon University.
Will is a veteran of healthcare staffing with over 20 years of professional experience. Previously, he was the founder and CEO Locum Leaders, a high-growth physician locum tenens firm, now part of AMN Healthcare, the largest healthcare staffing company in the U.S. Prior to that, Will was a Partner and Vice President at LocumTenens.com, a Jackson Healthcare company. He holds a B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
Bob is a founder and co-founder of several successful healthcare and IT consulting and workforce solutions firms, including Healthcare IT Leaders, PAC Leaders and Run Consultants. Previously, he was a co-founder of Locum Leaders, now an AMN Healthcare company, and founder of B2BWorkforce, acquired by Vedior, now Randstad. In 2017, he was named to the Staffing 100 list of the most influential executives in the Staffing industry.
Bob has a BBA in Business from the University of Georgia.
As VP of Recruitment, Jennifer leads our recruitment team and is a trusted advisor to our providers and clients, offering deep experience in locum tenens staffing. Prior to joining Locums Choice, she was a Senior Physician Recruiter at Locum Leaders, part of AMN Healthcare, the nation’s largest healthcare staffing company, and Delivery Manager at The Crevalle Group. Jennifer has also held recruiting and leadership roles at Prime Health Staffing and Randstad. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Georgia.
Suzan manages operations for Locums Choice. Previously, she was a Financial Professional at Wealth Wave, and before that, the Operations Coordinator for Locum Leaders, an AMN company. She is a graduate (BA, English) of Georgia College and State University.
In her role, Tess builds trusting relationships with hospitals and health systems to understand and support their locum staffing needs. She joins Locums Choice from Locum Leaders, an AMN company, where she was also a Business Development Manager. Prior to that, Tess held roles in account management and recruiting for national physician staffing companies. She is a graduate of Agnes Scott College.
As a National Accounts Director, Kyle oversees and builds relationships with large health systems. He has over 10 years of experience providing support in the healthcare industry. He earned an MBA from University of Redlands, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Appalachian State University.
As a National Account Director, Mark oversees and builds relationships with large health systems. He was most recently the Director of Premier Accounts at Cross Country Healthcare. He earned a PhD from The University of Texas, and an MBA and Bachelor’s Degree from FIU.
Sergio supports our BDMs and clients with their locum staffing needs. Most recently, he was a Legal Service Intake Coordinator. He is a graduate of Southern Adventist University where he earned a BBA.
Tyler supports our BDMs and clients with their locum staffing needs. Most recently, he was an International Volunteer Coordinator at International Medical Relief. He is a graduate of the University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health.
In her role, Madelyn (“Maddie”) recruits, screens, and interviews physicians for locums tenens roles. She joins Locums Choice from America’s Car Mart, where she was an executive assistant. She is a recent graduate of the University of North Alabama with a Bachelors of Business Administration.
In her role, Savannah recruits, screens, and interviews physicians for locums tenens roles. She joins Locums Choice from Avolta, where she was a Recruiter. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Kennesaw State University.
In her role, Paige provides support for our recruitment team. Most recently, she was a Marketing Assistant at Keller Williams and a Benefits Agent at Aflac. She is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Business Administration.
In her role, Gatlin provides support for our recruitment team. Most recently, she was a Sales Representative at Cintas. She is a graduate of the University of North Alabama with a degree in Business Administration.
In her role, Carrie recruits, screens, and interviews Anesthesiologists and CRNAs for locums tenens roles. She brings more than 15 years of locums tenens experience focused on anesthesia. She attended Furman University.
In her role, Jennie assists the team with Operations. She joins Locums Choice from LocumTenens.com where she was a Customer Care Specialist.
Natalie manages billing for Locums Choice. Previously, she was Assistant Comptroller for Exact Direct, where she managed accounting and billing functions for multiple divisions. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University.
As an Accounting & Operations Specialist, Jen supports our finance and operations functions. She has 20+ years of healthcare experience and graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration.
As Chief Financial Officer, Tom directs all budget management, financial reporting, and accounting for Locums Choice, and its sister companies, Healthcare IT Leaders, PAC Leaders and The Crevalle Group. His 20+ year career as a finance executive spans several successful IT staffing and consulting firms, including B2BWorkforce, a Randstad company. He holds a BA, Accounting from the University of Alabama.
Alex brings over 25 years of healthcare marketing experience to Locums Choice and its sister companies, Healthcare IT Leaders, PAC Leaders and Run Consultants. He was previously VP of Marketing at the specialty pharmacy division of Express Scripts.
Alex holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Georgia and an MS in Communications from Miami University of Ohio.
Keith directs Public Sector contracting and strategy for Locums Choice, including relationships with Federal, State, and Local government organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Coast University.
In his role as System Engineer, Kevin plays a vital role as a part of our IT team, leading infrastructure and engineering initiatives. He was most recently an IT Support Engineer at Mangan, Inc., and is a graduate of Strayer University.
Peter serves as VP, Marketing, supporting all outbound and inbound initiatives. He most recently worked at EY and AICPA and is a graduate of NYU and Stony Brook University.
